人物介绍

李惠,理学博士,教授,主要从事高速半导体器件相关的研究工作。2015年8月博士毕业于德国柏林工业大学,获理学博士学位。2015年-2022年,在青岛科技大学工作。2022年进入深圳技术大学ok138cn太阳集团古天乐。在国内外期刊发表论文60余篇;主持项目十余项,其中国家自然基金两项、山东省基金3项。
